 Empower Her is a comprehensive program designed to provide personalized coaching and support to women refugees resettling in their new host country. Our program aims to assist women as they navigate the challenges of resettlement and integrate successfully into their new communities. Through a series of tailored coaching sessions, participants receive guidance, resources, and empowerment to overcome obstacles, establish goals, and forge a sustainable path forward in their new environment.

Career Guidance: The program helps participants set career goals, develop job search strategies, and navigate employment opportunities.

Resource Referral: Participants are connected with community resources and services to support a smooth transition.
